Considering the nature of reliefs claimed in the petition, the following order shall serve the ends of justice : The Regional Director, Municipal Administration to take a decision on the proposal submitted by the Collector, Bhandara pursuant to provisions of sub-section 4 of Section 308 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 expeditiously.
