The learned Counsel for the parties submit that as Petition No. C-01/2015 has been decided by the Family Court, Nagpur on 15.09.2021, the prayers made in this Writ Petition are now rendered infractuous. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, in the light of the subsequent development referred to hereinabove, Writ Petition is disposed of. Rule stands discharged. No costs. 4.

Fees of the learned Counsel (Appointed) for the respondent is quantified at Rs.3,000/-.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application (CAW) No. 874/2021 is also disposed of accordingly.
