The civil application seeks to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.3 on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The legal heirs of respondent no.3 be brought on record. The amendment be carried out during the course of the day.

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the legal heirs of respondent no.3, returnable on 05/04/2023.

WRIT PETITION NO.1107/2023 The petitioners are permitted to supply the correct of the respondent no.1. The same be done by the end of this week. Upon being so done, issue notice to the respondent no.1, returnable on 05/04/2023.
