The learned counsel for the applicant states that the copy of the civil application is served on the counsel for the respondent-Bank.
Perused the contents of the civil application. For the reasons stated therein, the writ petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rupees Five Hundred in the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week.
The miscellaneous civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
