Perused the application. It appears that already Rs. 10 Lakhs granted to the applicant/respondent No.1 by order dated 28.08.2015.

After considering the merits of the case, therefore this application cannot be considered and accordingly rejected. Appellant to deposit costs of Rs. 500/- within a period of two weeks.
