This is an application moved by one Abhijit Pravinrao Dhepe and Rasegaon Seva Sahakari Sanstha, through its President Mohan Raosaheb Shelke seeking directions to petitioners that they should be joined as party respondents in this writ petition.

Learned counsel Shri P.A.Kadu, who moved this application, is absent. However, learned senior counsel Shri M.V.Samarth for petitioners graciously submits that looking to fact that applicant No.1 was also one of directors of respondent No.5, he has no objection for allowing this application.
