The matter is disposed of on 01-07-2020, thereby allowing the appeal of the appellant/claimant. In view of that the respondent-Insurance Company has deposited Rs. 8,73,262/-. Deficit Court fee has been paid by the appellant. In view of that the following directions are issued :- (a) Office is directed to transfer the amount of Rs. 8,73,262/- along with accrued interest in the bank account of the appellant of which the details are given in paragraph 3 of the application.

(b) Application is disposed of.
