2) The petitioner, who is serving as an Assistant Teacher in the Secondary School that is being run by the respondent no.9 Society, has filed this petition raising a grievance that the Management was avoiding to appoint a regular Head Master. Instead, appointment of a Junior Assistant Teacher on ad hoc basis was made.

3) During pendency of the writ petition, the Management has filed pursis dated 5/12/2022 along with a proposal seeking approval to the appointment of one Shri Rajaram Umale as regular Head Master. The said proposal dated 21/12/2022 is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary). Presently, the petitioner is at serial no.3 in the seniority list. In these

2301wp2976.19 2/2 facts, interest of justice would be met by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal dated 21/12/2022 forwarded by the respondent no.9 seeking approval to the appointment of regular Head Master. Necessary decision be taken within a period of four weeks from receipt of copy of this order. Depending upon such adjudication, the petitioner is free to take appropriate steps, if any legal injury is caused to him. The writ petition is disposed of.
