Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

Perused the application. It appears that first appeal No.975/2015 is dismissed on 05.03.2019 for want of prosecution i.e. for filing private paper-book. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that paper-book is ready and he will file the same. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the appellant and for the reasons stated in the application, Misc. Civil Application is allowed. First Appeal No. 975/2015 is restored to the original file.
