The Petitioner, an unsuccessful tenderer, has challenged the order dated 12 March 2020 passed by the Respondent No.3 - Municipal Council, Digras, rejecting the Petitioner's tender. 3.

The Petition was moved for the first time before the Court on 16 July 2020. The learned Counsel for the Municipal Council points out that there was no interim order, work was entrusted to a Labour nd.thawre

944-wp-1792-2020.odt Cooperative Society being successful in the tender. The work was for fixing interlocking tiles and the said work is completed. 4.

In these circumstances, no purpose would be served in entertaining the Petition and looking into the grievance of the Petitioner regarding breach of principles of natural justice. No effective order can be passed.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
