The property looked into by this Court while passing orders on 14th January, 2015 is sought to be substituted. It is apparent that as the dispute is under Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, such an exercise cannot be undertaken on an application for speaking to minues. Hence, with liberty to the applicant to move appropriate application and keeping all the contentions of the respondents about it open, we dispose of the present Civil Application. JUDGE JUDGE *jaiswal
