In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest. 5.

The Power of Attorney Holder-appellant No.1 - Smt. Sindhubai Natthu Patil is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation on behalf of all the appellants. She has to file the affidavit after withdrawal of the amount to the extent that the respective shares of all the appellants be disbursed to them accordingly. 6.
