This is an application for releasing the amount of compensation on the married name of respondent No.1 and to release the share of respondent No.2 in favour of respondent No.1.

The first appeal is already dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order dated 10/12/2018.

As per the contention of respondent No. 1 prior to her maiden name is Darshana Dnyaneshwar Patil. Now, after marriage, her name was changed as Darshana w/o Gyandip Bansod. She is the only legal heir as respondent No.2 and died during the pendency of the appeal.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the amount of compensation be disbursed to respondent No.1 in her name i.e. Darshana w/o Gyandip Bansod.

The share of respondent No.2 be disbursed to respondent No.1, as respondent No.2 is reported to be dead. Civil Application is disposed of.
