This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. It is informed by both sides that 15 witnesses have already been examined, and the trial is on the verge of its completion.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, with liberty to file afresh after two months if the trial is not concluded within two months. 4.

Considering the submission made by the learned APP that some witnesses are yet to be examined and sufficient period is required for the same. In view of that, liberty is granted to the applicant to file afresh after three months if the trial is not concluded within three months. 5.

Permission is granted to withdraw the criminal application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
