Shri Ali, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of present application and seeks protection for one week to surrender before the trial Court. 2.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted with direction not to arrest the applicant for one week from today so as to enable the applicant to surrender before the trial Court. After one week, this order granting protection shall stand cancelled automatically. 3.

Failure to surrender before the trial Court as per undertakings, the learned trial Court shall take judicial note of the same while considering the application for grant of bail.
