This application is filed by applicant/respondent No.1 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant before this Court.

Learned counsel Mrs. S.S. Wandile for applicant/respondent No.1 makes a submission that on 27.4.2017 the appeal stood dismissed for want of filing of the paper-book and though on 27.4.2017 this Court had permitted applicant/respondent No.1 to withdraw 80% of the deposited amount, balance 20% compensation amount remained to be withdrawn.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties; gone through the contents in the application, and order impugned in the matter, I am of the view that the application can be allowed. 4.

For the reasons stated therein, the application stands .....2/-

caf1110.18 10 allowed. Applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw balance 20% compensation amount with interest accrued thereupon. 5.
