Patil, the learned A.G.P. for respondents 1 and 2 and Shri Shyam Dewani, the learned advocate for respondent no.3 submit that the connected writ petitions have been decided by this Court by the judgment dated 15th November, 2014, however, this writ petition was not listed and, therefore, it remained to be decided. Accepting the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, the writ petition is dismissed in view of the judgment given in Writ Petition No.2335/2014 and other connected matters on 15th November, 2014. The judgment given in Writ Petition
