The applicant is arrested on 02-02-2016 in crime registered against eight persons (including the applicant) for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 384, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusations are that the accused persons misrepresented to the victim-Kajal that they will be securing job for her and under that pretext they took her to Indore and then to Sikar in Rajasthan and sold her. 3.

The charge-sheet is filed on 31-03-2016. The investigation is complete. The non-applicant has not been able to show that custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

Considering the above facts and that the applicant is a woman, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

Hence, the following order :

i) The applicant having been arrested in Crime No.49/2016 registered by the non-applicant, she be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- and two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ii) The application is allowed in the above terms. CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.384 OF 2016.

In view of disposal of main application, the application praying for grant of time to file certified copy of order dated 17-3-2016 and copy of say of prosecution has become infructuous. It is disposed accordingly. JUDGE pma
