The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing Civil Revision Application. In the contents of application and also for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.17 and 18, I am satisfied that there is no intentional delay in filing Civil Revision Application. There is sufficient cause to condone the delay. As such, application is allowed. 3.

The delay of 15 days in filing Civil Revision Application is hereby condoned.

The Registry is hereby directed to register the Civil Revision Application.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
