Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.4.

This is an application for condonation of 196 days' delay is caused in bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4.

After going through the reasons stated in the application, though the learned counsel for respondents are opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that since the sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay, the delay needs to be condoned.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay caused in bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4 is condoned. Civil Application No. 921 of 2023 For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Application is disposed of.

Writ Petition No. 4380 OF 2022 Stand over to 20.10.2023.

Till then, interim relief to continue.
