Perused the application. Considering the submission of both the sides and going through the contents of the application, I am of the view that respondent No.1 could be permitted to withdraw 50% of amount on usual undertaking and remaining 50% of amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial).

The respondent No.1 shall furnish undertaking as well as surety within eight weeks from the date of this order. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. FIRST APPEAL NO. 750/2018 Appellant(s) to file private paper book within six months.
