This is an application filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1b and 1c for direction to the Registry of this Court to deposit the compensation amount in joint account of respondent nos. 1b and 1c.

In the application, it is stated that respondent no. 1a. Smt. Sushilabai wd/o Narayan Mohod died on 23.07.2018 leaving behind respondent Nos. 1b and 1c as the legal heirs/representatives. They are already on record. 4.

The application is not opposed by the learned Counsel for the appellant or learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3. The application is therefore allowed in terms of the prayer made. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.
