By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the undertaking that they would remove the unauthorized construction.

The parties to the contempt petition are ad idem that the respondents have taken action and almost all the unauthorized construction/structures complained of, have been removed.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
