Heard.

(2) The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 131/2020 registered with Police Station, Chikhali, District Buldana for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 498A read with Section 34 of the IPC.

(3) Vide order dated 26.03.2020 the applicant was granted interim pre-arrest protection. It is not the case of the prosecution that applicant has not attended the Police Station.

(4) The applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased who unfortunately committed suicide. (5) Six persons of the family are arraigned as accused. Co-accused are released on regular bail.

7 aba205.20.odt The allegations are non specific. It is difficult to hold, that the acts attributed would amount to instigation to take extreme step. This obviously, is a prima facie observation. (6) I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for confirm the interim pre arrest protection granted vide order dated 26.03.2020 is made absolute.
