2] The challenge in the present Contempt Petition is to the non-compliance of the order dated 03/01/2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 22/2020, whereby this Court had directed the respondent No.3 therein to decide the caste claim of the petitioner on or before 28/02/2020.

3] Mrs. Jachak, learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the caste claim of the petitioner has been decided on 18/06/2021.

4] Statement is accepted. Accordingly, we are of the opinion that the direction, issued as above, has been duly complied with, and hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant
