DATED : 25/04/2022 This is an application on behalf of the respondents for permission to correct the typographical error in the name of respondent No.1(C) and for the further directions for releasing the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant, pursuant to the judgment and order dated 22/11/2018.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing for the appellant. Perused the PAN Card.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is obvious that there is typographical mistake in the name of respondent No.1(C) which deserves to be corrected. The
3 caf 852-2022.odt correct name of respondent No.1(C) should be recorded as 'Chitrarekha' instead of 'Chitralekha'.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause which is as under:
"It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit to correct the typographical error in the name of the respondent no. 1(C) in the title clause of the First Appeal as said above, and direct the registry of this Hon'ble Court to release the remaining balance amount in pursuance of judgment and order dated 22/11/2018 passed in First Appeal no. 414 of 2008."

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

Registry is permitted to release the amount in the name of 'Chitrarekha' (Respondent No.1(C)).

Civil application is disposed of.
