Prayer is to permit respondent No.1claimant to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation. It is submitted that in similar matters, this Court has permitted the claimants therein to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and remaining amount subject to furnishing solvent surety.

In view of above submissions made,

1438.17ca (2) respondent No.1-claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on filing usual undertaking. Balance amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
