The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 182 days caused in filing this appeal, for which learned counsel for respondents has objected.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as the appellant having deposited the entire compensation amount in the Court and having gone through the impugned judgment and award, I do not find substance in the objection raised by learned counsel for respondents.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The delay of 182 days is condoned. Appeal be registered accordingly. FIRST APPEAL ST NO 6080 OF 2025 Heard.
