"None present for the petitioner. Absence of the petitioner having been importance in the light of the interim relief granted to the petitioner by this Court on 04.11.2020. The law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Food Corporation of India and Ors., Vs. Jagdish Balaram Bahira and Ors., (2017) 8 SCC 670 is very clear. Therefore, prima facie it is difficult to note that the order dated 29.01.2020 which is impugned herein is inconsistent with the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Food Corporation (supra). We would expect the petitioner to remain personally present or learned Advocate on the next date failing which, necessary conclusions in the matter shall be drawn.
