This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail. 2.

Heard learned counsel Shri P.S.Girdekar for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.A.Ashirgade for the State.

Main allegations are levelled against husband and father-in-law of deceased. The applicant is mother-inlaw of deceased. 4.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.A.Ashirgade for the State submits that one of accused viz. Vicky is absconding and, therefore, he prays that the present application for grant of bail is liable to be rejected. 5.

Looking to allegations levelled against the present applicant in the report, the present applicant is entitled for grant of bail in her favour. Hence, following .....2/-

ba247.19 17 order is passed:-

ORDER

(i) The criminal application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Sau.Kamlabai s/o Rameshwar Pandule, be released on bail on she executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like. (iii) The applicant shall not tamper with evidence of prosecution witnesses.

(iv) The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

(v) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

(vi) With this, the criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
