Mr. Katkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 on instructions submits that the retirement dues of the petitioner had been paid. The amount of interest thereon which is unpaid would be paid by 31.01.2023. Accepting this submission the writ petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that if any further grievance of the petitioner still survives, he is free to take legal recourse, in accordance with law.
