IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR.

FIRST APPEAL (FA) NO. 31 OF 2013 (Smt. Lata Anilsingh Pawar .v. Union of India) Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram appearances, Court's orders or directions Court's or Judge's Orders and Registrar's orders.

CORAM :

PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.

22ND JULY, 2016.

The office record shows that in view of the fact that Shri M.W. Harsulkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant expired during the pendency of the appeal. A notice was issued to the appellant for engaging another Counsel and the notice was duly served.

On earlier date i.e. 17th June, 2016, none appeared on behalf of the appellant though the notice was duly served. This Court by recording the fact that though the notice was duly served to the appellant, none appeared for the appellant, adjourned the matter so as to give one more opportunity to the appellant if she wishes to prosecute the appeal by engaging another Counsel. Today also, none appears for the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. JUDGE *rrg.
