CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : JUNE 30, 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has expired during the pendency of the writ petition, as per the information supplied by her husband to her. It is stated that though the counsel had asked the husband of the petitioner to give instructions for filing an appropriate application for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record, the husband of the petitioner is not responding. It is stated that though the cause for prosecuting the writ petition would still survive, despite the death of the petitioner, since the petitioner's husband is not responding, the petition cannot be prosecuted in view of the death of the petitioner. In view of aforesaid submission, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs.
