Dated : 5th August, 2019 As per the order dated 25-3-2019, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has accepted the application of the petitioner for verification of her caste claim and it is informed that the claim has already been invalidated.

Hence, the petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.

Needless to say that the petitioner is liberty to challenge the order of invalidation of her caste claim.
