In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for. Amendment be carried out within one week.

Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to newly added respondent, returnable in three weeks. In addition to usual mode, the petitioners shall serve newly added respondents through Speed Post and shall file affidavit of service. At the same time, the petitioners shall serve newly added respondents by paper publication as they could not be served through regular mode in an application filed by the petitioners.

The application is disposed of.
