Heard Shri S. P. Dharmadhikari, learned Senior Advocate and Additional Public Prosecutor at some length. At this stage, Senior Advocate seeks permission for withdrawal of present application with liberty to file fresh bail application after filing charge-sheet.

Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. Application stands disposed of since withdrawn.

At this juncture, Senior Advocate requested for grant of temporary bail due to current situation of COVID-19. Suffice to say that the matter pertains to financial embezzlement running upto rupees one crore and investigation is in progress therefore, I am not inclined to grant temporary bail. Moreover, when the application is withdrawn, no question of grant of interim protection.

Learned Senior Advocate also requested for liberty to move again this Court, if charge-sheet is not filed within one month.

Liberty is granted as prayed for.
