The appellants have deposited the amount of compensation as per the impugned award. The claimant has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the amount.

After considering the facts of the case and the material on record, the respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.Twenty Lakhs on furnishing solvent surety/ security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The balance amount be continued in the fixed deposit. The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
