According to the respondents, the order dated 28-2-2017 issued by the State Government has been strictly complied with, and on that count also, the grievance of the petitioners would not survive. We make it clear that whosoever shall be aggrieved by non-implementation of the order, shall be at liberty to make a specific grievance.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
