The present petition is filed, challenging the transfer order, dated 06/04/2016. It is not in dispute that the subsequent transfer order dated 26/08/2022 is issued by the respondents, transferring the services of the petitioner. The subsequent transfer order dated 26/08/2022 is challenged by the petitioner by filing a complaint being Complaint (ULP) No.316/2022, which is pending for adjudication before the learned Industrial Court.

In view of the above, the learned Advocates for the parties jointly make a request that the cause in the present petition has become infructuous and the petition be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the joint statement, Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
