The learned Judge of the Family Court, by the interim order impugned, has granted maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- for respondent 1 and Rs.5,000/- for respondent 2 with effect from 01-11-2016.

The learned Judge of the Family Court has further directed that the petitioner-husband is at liberty to pay the arrears in installments.

By way of an ad interim order, it is directed that the petitioner shall pay Rs.5,000/- for the wife and Rs. 5,000/- for the child and deposit the arrears calculated from the date of the order impugned in this Court and shall continue to pay the said amount of Rs.10,000/- to the respondents every month.

The arrears payable from 01-11-2016 till the date of the order impugned shall also be deposited in accordance with this ad interim order i.e. Rs.5,000/- for the wife and Rs.5,000/- for the child.

The amount which is to be deposited in this Court i.e. the amount payable from the date of the order impugned, shall be deposited within a week. If the amount is not deposited, the criminal writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court. JUDGE adgokar
