O R D E R

[Dated 17 th March, 2019] The Appellant through its counsel, Respondent no.1 in person and respondent nos.2 and 3 through its A.G.P. are present. Mr. Nitin Bansod, the Authorised Officer of the appellant is present and he is identified by the learned counsel Mr. Kasat.

The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, recorded in Form 'H', the appeal is disposed of.

Accordingly, the appellant shall deposit the amount in terms of compromise in the Reference Court within a period of Three months and the respondent no.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw the said amount.
