This application is filed for speaking to minutes in respect of the Judgment and order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.431/2022 dated 13.3.2023. 2.

As per the contention of the appellant inadvertently in paragraph Nos.2, 4, 11 and 42 the Survey number inadvertently mentioned as "27/1" instead of "28/1". It is typographical error and accidental omission, hence it can be corrected. 3.

In view of the same, the correction be made in paragraph Nos.2, 4, 11 and 42 in respect of Survey number by mentioning Survey number "27/1" instead of "28/1" and the corrected copy of the Judgment be uploaded.
