The petitioner restricts his prayer seeking directions to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 11/02/2019 to grant exemption to the petitioner to qualify the Post Service Examination. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed. 5.

Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the proposal dated 11/02/2019, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
