DATED : 08/09/2021 It is submitted that the applicant has applied for quashing of concerned First Information Report bearing Crime No.268 of 2020 before this Court. In Criminal Application No.884 of 2021, today itself, First Information Report came to be quashed due to mutual settlement in between the parties. On that basis, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant seeks for withdrawal since apprehension nowhere remains.

In view of that, application stands disposed of since withdrawn.
