By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment dated 06/11/2015 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in L.A.C. No. 613/2007. 2.

Shri Bhoyar, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the entire amount along with accrued interest is deposited with the Reference Court. As the amount is already deposited by the appellant before the Reference Court, the implementation, effect and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
