The petitioner and the respondent no.1 have filed a joint Pursis Stamp No.3/2022 under which, they have mutually settled the dispute between them and request the petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement.

The petitioner Smt. Pradnya Kishor Sahu and respondent no. 1 represented by Mr. Mahesh Goyal the President and Mr. Ritesh Agrawal the Secretary, who have respectively signed the joint Pursis, are personally present before this Court and upon an inquiry being made to them by the Court, they admit to the correctness of the terms of the compromise as enumerated in para 1 A to H of the joint Pursis and so

(2) 955.wp.1959.2022 also admit their signatures on the Pursis, considering which, the petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise recorded in the joint Pursis in para 1 A to H. 3.

Needles to mention that the respondent no. 2 shall not be bound by the terms of the compromise, as the Education Officer is not party to it.
