This is a second bail application. The earlier bail application was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2020. Learned counsel for the applicant has produced copy of Roznama of concerned Sessions Case No. 39/2018 to demonstrate that absolutely there is no progress in the trial. 3.

Since this Court has rejected the bail application on merits, unless there is material change in the circumstances, no different view can be taken. It appears that since there is no progress in the trial, the applicant has again moved this Court. Roznama

Order 14BA430 indicates that from 15.04.2020 to 23.11.2020, there is no progress due to pandemic situation. From 09.12.2020 onwards on consistent 8 to 10 dates, applicant was not produced by Jail Authority which has caused to adjourn the matter.

Now, the Trial Courts are returning into normalcy and functioning daily. In the situation, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make every endevour to dispose the case within six months from the date of communication of this order. The State shall ensure to produce the accused in Court physically or virtually as required.

Application stands disposed of. If the trial is not completed within scheduled time, liberty is granted to move this Court once again.
