The appeal is already disposed of on 05/09/2017 for non-compliance of the court's order dated 13/06/2017. It is submitted that thereafter the appellant-Insurance Company has not taken any step for restoration, as they have not received any notice. Amounts of Rs.25,000/- and Rs.2,25,625/- are deposited by the Insurance Company. Amongst the claimants, only respondent No.2 survives. Hence, the directions :

Nazar is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.25,000/- and Rs.2,25,625/- along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of respondent No.2.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
