Perused the reply of the prosecution and the F.I.R. filed in this case.

Although, one crime was registered against the applicant in the past, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that he has been acquitted in that crime. Accepting this statement made across the bar, I am of the view that now this applicant deserves to be granted confirmed anticipatory bail, especially when the contraband liquor has already been seized.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 19/03/2018 is hereby confirmed on same conditions in addition of the conditions that the applicant shall maintain peace and good behaviour and shall not engage himself in any criminal

aba.174.18 2/2 activities and in case any offence is registered against him during pendency of the present case, the anticipatory bail so granted to the applicant under this order shall liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.
