23/06/ The present application is filed by respondents for withdrawal of the compensation amount. The appeal came to be admitted on 06/02/2023 and stay was granted on 19/10/2022. By the said order, the total compensation amount of award is deposited. For the reasons stated in the application, it will be appropriate to grant permission to withdraw 50% of compensation so deposited by the appellant to meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:
O R D E R
i) The application is partly allowed.
ii) Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are hereby granted permission to withdraw 50% of amount so deposited by the appellant towards compensation subject to usual undertaking.
2 907 fa 133-2023 iii) The Nazir is directed to take necessary steps and release the amount after due verification and undertaking.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
